Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Duggu HR mobile application ("App") provided by RoboSpecies Innovations Pvt. Ltd. ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.

2. App Description

The Duggu HR app is a workforce management tool that allows employees to:

• Clock in and clock out at assigned work venues using GPS verification
• View and manage shift schedules
• Apply for and track leave requests
• View team directory and colleague profiles
• Track celebrations (birthdays, work anniversaries)
• Submit and track expense claims

3. Account and Access

Your account is created by your organization's HR administrator. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with anyone else.

We reserve the right to suspend or deactivate accounts that violate these Terms or are flagged by your employer for misconduct.

4. Location Services

The App requires access to your device's location services for attendance verification. Location data is collected only during clock-in and clock-out actions initiated by you. By using the attendance features, you consent to this limited location data collection.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Attempt to falsify your location or attendance records
• Share your login credentials with unauthorized persons
• Use the App for any purpose other than its intended workforce management functions
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App in any way
• Upload malicious content or attempt to compromise the App's security

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, logos, and content, is the intellectual property of RoboSpecies Innovations Pvt. Ltd. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for its intended purpose.

7. Data Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. Please review the Privacy Policy carefully.

8. Account Deletion & Data Removal

You have the right to request the deletion of your account and associated data at any time. Upon receiving a deletion request:

• Your account will be deactivated immediately — you will no longer be able to log in or access the App.
• Your personal data will be retained in an inactive state for up to 90 days for audit and compliance purposes.
• After the retention period, all personal data associated with your account (including profile information, attendance records, and leave history) will be permanently deleted.
• Some anonymized, aggregated data may be retained for organizational analytics purposes but will not be traceable to you.

How to Request Account Deletion

You can request account deletion through any of these methods:

1. Use the form below — Enter your username and submit a deletion request instantly.
2. Visit the Account Deletion page — A dedicated page for account deletion requests.
3. Email us — Send a deletion request to hr@robospecies.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include your username.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RoboSpecies Innovations Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, attendance discrepancies, or service interruptions.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
